Kindersskilehrer/in - Kinderlandbetreuer (Ferienzeiten)

​

Du liebst es, mit Kindern im Schnee zu arbeiten, bist geduldig und weißt wie man die Kleinen mit viel Spaß zum Skifahren motiviert!

​

In unserem Foxy Kinderland bieten wir Kindergruppen mit bis zu max. 6 Kindern pro Gruppe an. Deine Aufgabe wird nicht nur das technische Lehren des Skifahrens sein, sondern auch deine Kindergruppe zu unterhalten, draußen oder auch drinnen in unserem Iglo zu spielen, die Mittagsbetreuung der Kinder und darauf zu achten, dass sich die Kinder wohl fühlen und unter sicheren Bedingungen unvergessliche Tage im Schnee verbringen.

Anforderungen:

• Ski Anwärter

• Erfahrung und vor allem Spaß an der Arbeit mit Kindern. 

• Körperliche Fitness. Ein ganzer Tag mit Kindern von 4 Jahren angefangen bis zu 18 Jahren kann physisch ganz schön fordernd sein.

Wir legen hohen Wert darauf nur den besten Service für unsere Gäste anzubieten. Diese kommen aus aller Welt und verlassen sich darauf bei uns nur mit exzellenten Ski- und Snowboardlehrern ihre Zeit auf dem Berg zu verbringen. Es geht nicht nur darum, den perfekten Schwung auf der Piste hinzulegen, sondern viel mehr darum unseren Gästen (ob klein oder groß) ein unvergessliches Erlebnis am Berg zu ermöglichen.

Anforderungen:

• Anwärter Ski oder Anwärter Dual

• Landes Ski oder Dual Ausbildung

• Lehrerfahrung

• und ein hohes Level an Skifahrkönnen.

Liftbedienstete(r) Kinderland

Wir suchen dich: Du bist geduldig und weißt wie man die Kids am Lift richtig motiviert!

​

• Du bist für die Bedienung und Sicherheit unserer Zauberteppiche und Seilschlepplift in unserem Kinderland verantwortlich

• Du hilfst beim täglichen Auf- und Abbau des Kinderlands als auch die Liftanlagen schneefrei zu machen

• Weitere Hilfe in unserem Kinderland

Voraussetzungen:

• Du bist verantwortungsbewusst und weißt, wie wichtig es ist in

• Es macht dir Spaß unseren Kleinsten behilflich zu sein und mit ihnen im Kinderland zu arbeiten

• Allgemeine technische Kenntnisse sind empfehlenswert

• Selbständigkeit und ein Auge für Details sind gewünscht

• Skifahr-Grundkenntnisse von Vorteil

• Diese Arbeit verlangt teils anstrengende körperliche Arbeit.

Contract: fulltime, 40 hours – Start: October 2023 until April 2024

THE ROLE

You are the cheerful power behind the ski school operations with your strong organizational skills, guest friendly and with an affinity for winter sports. As Operations Manager you are responsible for the team and everything that is going on in and around the ski school. You are flexible, hands-on and enjoy the daily challenges of running the ski school smoothly and flourishing. You make sure that your team members are working well, and all our guests feel safe and well taken care off. You have an informal approach and are naturally hospitable.

 

Together with the General Manager, the Front- and Back Office Manager and your team, you create long lasting winter sport memories for our guests and are always looking for means to improve the ski school services. You may act as the General Manager in his absence. You have the ambition and want to invest into a severe personal growth within the company for the near future. Great things are ahead of us.

 

SKI SCHOOL TANNBERG LECH –

EXCLUSIVE MOUNTAIN GUIDING ARLBERG

is situated in the center of Lech, an icon in the beautiful Arlberg area. Lech and the Arlberg area is a favorite amongst international winter sport guests since decades, that admire its classic allure, the beautiful natural ski area and authentic hospitality. The ski school is specialized in private ski and snowboard lesson and guiding for all levels and all ages, guided by professionals. High-end individual service, personal care, learning, fun, and safety are vital. It has recently opened a kid’s land for the little pro’s, offering a playground for the bambini and kids ski lesson in exclusively, small groups.
